摘要
目的:研究近红外线乳腺诊断仪对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的临床鉴别诊断。方法:用北京威力恒公司生产的VII-C型近红外线乳腺诊断仪,在18—22℃暗室内进行,患者取端坐位,裸露双乳腺,用探测器对全部乳腺组织进行检查。结果:近红外线乳腺诊断无损伤、安全、敏感度高,对乳腺良,恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断优于X线,B超及各种热图象检查。结论:此项检查对于乳腺的早期诊断及乳腺病普查有重大意义。
objective:Research on the diagnosis and the distinguishment of mammarygland tumor,malignant or benign,by using the near-infrared ray medical diagnosisinstrument. Method: the examination is made by means of the near -infrared raymedical diagnosis instrument;model VIZ-C, made in peking 威力恒company, inthe darkroom,at temperatures of 18-22℃. Patient sitting up right and leaning for-ward with naked breast. a prober is used to examine all the mammary gland organi-zation of the examinee. Results: The near-infrared medical diagnosis instrumenthas the characteristics of no injury to examinee,safety and high sensitivity in use.It's superior to x-ray,ultrasounic diagnostic sets or other kinds of thermal imagingsystems in the diagnosis of malignant or benign mammary gland tumor. Conclusion:The medical examination is of great importance in early stage diagnosis about thebreast cancer and the general investigation of mammary gland diseases.
