摘要
本文报道了恒河猴在接触较低剂量醋酸铅的亚慢性作用下,对月经和妊娠结局的影响。结果表明,铅可引起恒河猴的月经机能障碍、受孕率降低和流产。月经异常以周期延长和周期不规则为主,周期不规则发生率呈剂量-反应关系。
The subchronic effects of lead acetate on menstruation and pregnancy outcome were Studied between the controls and low-dose lead acetate treated rhesus monkeys. The results showed that the dysfunction of menstruation and the miscarriage in rhesus monkeys could be caused by lead acetata.The rate of pregnancy was lower than controls.The prolongation and irregularity of menstrual cycle were the main abnormalities of menstruation. The occurrence rate of the irregular cycle had a good dose-response relationship.
