高温作业耐热保健饮料实验研究 被引量:3

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF A SPECIAL DRINK FOR IMPROVING HEAT-ENDURANCE OF HEAT-EXPOSED WORKERS

摘要 对高温作业耐热保健饮料进行了实验研究和效果观察。结果看出,该饮料与水或0.15%盐水比较,可以补偿损失的电解质和维生素,血乳酸浓度增加不明显,狗胃运动增强,兔条件反射潜伏期明显缩短,反应速度加快,肛温和脉率上升的幅度不大,上升时间亦明显延长。为此,该饮料不仅改善神经肌肉紧张状态,而且改善消化功能,预防疲劳和提高耐热能力。 A special drink for improving heat endurance of heat-exposed workers was specially designed and experimentally studied by rabbits and dogs and finally by workers clinically. Results showed that this special drink could compensate electrolytes and vitamines losses, reduce lactic acid concentration in blood, strengthen the stomach movement of dogs, shorten the latency of conditional reflex for rabbits, speed up the response, lower the range and speed of body temperature and pulse rate elevation under high temperature, as compared with water or 0.15% salt water. Hence, it could not only relax neuromuscle, but also improve the digestive function and prevent fatigue. As a result, the heat-endurance of the body was improved.
