愈肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的观察愈肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将75例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组。对照组26例口服糖适平或皮下注射胰岛素为主控制血糖,同时给予洛丁新或络活喜或科索亚、肠溶阿司匹林等药控制血压等;治疗组49例在对照组治疗基础上加用愈肾汤,每日1剂,分2次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组给药前后临床症状及24h尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖(FBG)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率87.76%,对照组总有效率65.38%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、FBG、Cr、BUN、TC和TG比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而24h尿蛋白定量、Cr和TG的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论愈肾汤在改善糖、脂代谢,减少尿蛋白,保护肾功能方面具有较好作用,从而延缓或阻止糖尿病肾病的进程。

Improvement of 24 h Urine protein, SCr and TG in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion Y ushen decoction has a good effect on improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism. And protection of kidney function.
