摘要
目的观察鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症的临床疗效。方法采用鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症患者100例,3个月1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,每月查1次精液常规,观察治疗前后精液参数(精液量、液化时间、精子密度、活率及精子形态)的变化及生育情况。结果治愈56例,显效19例,好转16例,无效9例,总有效率91%。治疗前后精液量、精子密度、活率等项指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鹿茸生精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症具有良好疗效。
Objective To evaluate effect of Lulongshengjing pill on the treatment of oligospermatisma with insufficiency of kidney. Methods 100 cases with oligospermatism with insufficiency of kidney were treated by Lulongshengjing pill. The therapeutic course was three months, Testicular fluid routine was carried on ever）, month. Changes of testicular fluid indexes （includes amount, colliquation time, spermatozoa density and motility rate） and procreation were observed before and ＇after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91% ; cure of 56 ; significant improvement of 19 ; improvement of 16 and ineffective of 9. Testicular fluid indexes were significantly imply,red after treatment compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Lulongshengjing pill was effective on the treatment of oligospermatism with insufficiency of kidney.
