乳核速消胶囊治疗大鼠乳腺组织增生的形态学研究

Morphologic experimental study of Ruhesuxiao Capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats

目的观察乳核速消胶囊对实验大鼠乳腺组织增生的病理形态变化的影响。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇及黄体酮建立大鼠乳腺增生模型。造模成功后,设置模型对照组、乳癖消组和乳核速消胶囊高剂量组、乳核速消胶囊低剂量组及空白对照组,分别灌胃给药。然后用肉眼观察乳头竖起、坚实、充血程度,用游标卡尺测量每只大鼠乳头高度,用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察大鼠大体形态及乳腺组织学形态的变化,并进行统计分析。结果乳核速消胶囊高剂量组较模型对照组、乳癖消组的乳头高度有明显降低(P<0.01);乳腺导管上皮层数、腺泡数有明显减少(P<0.01)。结论乳核速消胶囊能明显抑制乳腺增生肿大,能有效降低乳腺增生大鼠乳腺小叶腺泡数、细胞增生层数及乳腺导管扩张程度,对实验性大鼠乳腺增生具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the therapeutic action of Ruhesuxiao Capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands in experimental rots. Methods To inject extrinsic E2 and PG into muscle to reproduce rats model of hyperplasia of mammary glands ; After made the model success, rat models were divided into model comparison groups, the young hobby disappear groups, different dosages of Ruhesuxiao Capsule groups and the blank comparison groups, rots are separately lavaged with medicine. Then to observe nipple＇s raising up, solid, hyperemia degree with the naked eyes, to measure the nipple＇s high of each big rat with the cursor card Chinese foot , to observe the morphologic changes of nipple in every group by light microscope and the changes of inastoplasia tissue are observed by electronic microscope , and to carry on the statistical analysis. Results High dosage of Ruhesuxiao Capsule groups compared with the model comparison groups, the nipple＇ s high of young hobby disappear group is obvious reduce （ P 〈 0.01） ; Skin layer numbers on the mammary glands pipe, gland bubble numbers obviously reduce （ P 〈 0.01 ）, displaying the high dosages of Ruhesuxiao Capsule group was superior to the young hobby disappear group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Ruhesuxiao Capsule is able obviously to suppress the breast tumescence caused by hyperplasia of mammary glands, is able to effectively reduce the mammary glands bubble numbers of hyperplasia of mammary glands of rots, the cell hyperplasia layer numbers and the mammarry glands driving pipe expansion degree. Conclusion Ruhesuxiao Capsules have the good therapeutic action on hyperplasia of mammary glands in experimental rots.
