总结顾仁樾教授治疗心悸的临床经验。提出心悸病位在心,不离他脏,病机多以虚为本,痰瘀为标,治疗当标本兼顾,补益为本,活血祛痰为标,并注重病证结合及现代药理研究成果。

This article summarized Prof. Gu Renyue＇s clinical experience in treating palpitation. It is raised that the pathogenesis of palpitation mainly concerns the heart, but it＇s also related to other organs. The original pathogenesis of palpitation is deficiency which is the principal cause of disease, phlegm and blood stasis are the appearance. According to this theory, the treatment should be invigorating healthy qi, and activating blood to resolve stasis. Prof. Gu also attaches importance to combination of disease and syndrome, and the results of modern pharmacological researches.
