摘要
红斑性肢痛症是一种少见的疑难病症。全国名老中医奚九一教授根据其50多年诊治脉管病的经验,认为该病的病机是阴虚络热,治疗以养阴清热凉血法为主,临床上取得了较为满意的效果。
This article introduces Dr. Xi Jiuyi＇s experience in the treatment of erythromelalgia. It is argued that this disease results from yin deficiency and collateral heat and its treatment concentrates on nourishing yin, clearing heat and cooling blood.
