楂曲助消合剂治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of "Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture" in Treating Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

目的观察楂曲助消合剂治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法60例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组(各30例),分别采用楂曲助消合剂和思密达治疗,疗程3天。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组第1天和第2天的显效率高于对照组相应疗程的显效率(P<0.01)。结论楂曲助消合剂治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效确切,疗程短。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture＂ in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Smecta, with a course of 3 days. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 86.6% in control group, P〈0.01; the marked effective rates in the first and second days were higher in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ＂Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture＂ is quite effective for rotavirus enteritis, with a shorter course.
