城市的发展要求从更宏观的层次定位、控制和引导其绿地的建设;城市总体规划的编制,亦要求更加全面地保护自然生态环境资源,在这样的前提下,"城市绿地发展战略研究"应运而生。以北京为例,概述了"城市绿地发展战略研究"产生的背景、主要内容和所要达到的目标以及由此引发的若干思考,探讨了"城市绿地发展战略研究"的方法与核心内容,以引导城市规划与城市绿地系统规划向更科学、更合理的方向迈进。

The city development requires the construction of its green space be positioned, controlled and guided from a more macroscopical level. A comprehensive protection of the natural ecological environment resources is also required for the master plan of the city. The urban green space development strategy research arises under such a prerequisite. Taking Beijing as an example, the original background, main contents and targets of the research and several thinking about this are summarized in this paper. It also probed into the methods and key contents of the urban green space development strategy research, in order to lead urban planning and urban green space planning towards more scientific and rational directions.
