在现代快节奏的城市生活中,随处可见行色匆匆的人们穿梭在拥挤的高楼大厦之间,大多数人为了生存只有不断地去适应拥挤的交通、狭隘的空间压力和摩肩接踵的人流所形成的都市环境。阐述一个文明社会不能牺牲公众良好的生存空间,而应以创造合理的、流动的和有内涵的公共空间作为都市文明印证的设计理念。

The bustling urbanism of fast tempo is visible everywhere people in a hurry to shuttling between and among the congested high-rises. The majority of people have to, in pursuit of survival and subsistence, adapt themselves to such a deteriorating city environment as characterized of traffic jam, two-by-four inter-space pressure and even jostling crowds. This paper elaborates a concept of existence and development for any civilization absolutely not at the expense of the pretty living space of general public but verified by a creative feasible, unhindered and harmonious one.
