脑脊液净化治疗重症蛛网膜下腔出血

We managed to purify the hemic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of the pa tients with severe SAH by treating them with lateral ventricle puncture and drainge of CSF together with lumber puncture and substitution of CSF.This proves to be an effective method to save those patients suffering from sev ere SAH with acute obstructive hydrocephalus or ccrebrovascalar spasm.
