摘要
本文通过村352例唐山地震截瘫患者的褥疮状况调查与分斩，表明唐山地震20年后褥疮发生率已大大下降；但长期家庭居住患者的褥疮发生率仍高于长期住院患者，而农村地区患者以坐骨滑囊炎型褥疮更为多发，作者对上达成团进行了阐述．
The artical indicated that the incidence of bedsore has dropped considerably after earthquake twenty years in TangShan by invbestigation and analysis of bedsore state of 352 paraplegia patients, but incidence of bedsore is still highter in sufferers of long-term home living than that of long-term in hospital, Frequently-occurring bedsore in rural area is ischium bursitis.
