经皮穿刺心内股紧急起搏临床应用的体会

摘要 自1993年以来,笔者采用了本院研制的单级钢丝电极.对心跳骤停和高度房宣传导阻滞的病人(共5例),进行了床边经皮穿刺心内膜心肌紧急起搏,均在短时间内起搏成功,具有起放迅速,操作简易价格便宜,电极细软,心肌损伤小,不易出血,并发症少,病人能耐受等优点,是一种实用而有效的方法.因此。对于心跳骤停及严重心动过缓的病人,应及早大胆地穿刺起排,成功后,改用带有指引钢丝的电权经在锁骨下静脉插入起搏. The steel-wire electrodes could successfully pace the heart in the patients with cardiac arrest and severe atrioventricular block since 1993. The advantages of this electrodes were as follows:(1)rapid; (2)simple and easy; (3)simplicity of structure, (4)cheap; (5)lack of complication. It is a practical and effective method. The patient with cardiac arrest and severe atrioventricular block shoud be paced boldly, then changing to use steel-wire-guide electrodes to pace through interior subclarian vein.
