回顾1986年-1995年中资料较全的5次灾害所致大五伤员的入院前处理，从灾害急救医学观点讨论灾害发生后入院前与大量伤员处理密切相关的急救通讯、检伤分类、现场急救、伤员运送等重要环节，提出存在的问题，吸取经验教训，以利提高救灾医疗水平．

Prehospital trauma management for mass casualties in five disasters during 1986~1995 were reviewed in this pape. According to the viewpoint of disaster and emergency medicine the important aspects associated with prehospital multicasualties care in disaster such as emergency communication, scene triage, first-aid at the site, and victims transfer were discussed. In order to draw the disaster experience and lesson and improve the medical abillty in disaster rescue, some problems and inadequacies were put forward.
