变频器与DCS结合实现阀门开度的精确控制

摘要 针对本公司三期煤气排送机出口电动闸阀控制困难的问题,研究了利用变频器的起动特性来对电动闸阀的开度进行精确控制和调节。根据工艺苛刻的要求和实际调整试验中遇到的问题,充分利用DCS系统的强大功能,将变频器的参数设置与DCS逻辑编程功能相结合,使得整个控制系统达到极高的控制精度,完全满足应用出口阀进行煤气压力调节的要求,保证生产安全稳定的运行,并产生较高的经济效益。 To solve the problem of controlling electric valve at outlet of gas blower in the third engineering stage in our company, the method of using start property of convert to precisely control and adjust the electric valve was investigated. Based on the strict process requirements and the problems encountered in practical adjustment test, the powerful functions of DCS system were fully utilized to combine the convert parametric setup with the logic programming function of DCS, thus, the whole control system was made reach high control precision, which fully reach the requirements of using outlet valve to adjust gas pressure and guarantee the safe and stable production. This method has created high economic efficiency.
