老年人肺炎55例临床X线分析

作者总结分析了55例老年人肺炎的有关资料。临床症状以咳嗽、咳疾、低热为主。21例作了痰菌培养，阳性者18例，其中两种以上细菌感染者16例。X线表现为肺纹理增多增粗．模糊或斑点斑片影，网状阴影等。作者对老年人肺炎的X线特征、临床表现与X线征像的关系以及老年人肺炎合并症对临床与X线诊断的影响等问题进行了讨论．提出临床及放射学工作者对临床及X线表现不典型之老年人肺炎应引起足够重视。

55 Cases of pneumonia in elder persons were reviewed. The cough. expectoration and low heat were chief clinical symptoms. Culture of bacteria had been completed in 21cases. among them, 18 cases were positive reaction, and 16 cases bacteria infection in two or more. X-ray finding included: patchy and netted sign and incomplete consolidation in lung. That the X -ray appearance feature and the relation of clinical symptoms to X-ray findings and the complication of pneumonia in elder persons influence on the clinical and X-ray diagnosis were discussed. It is suggested that clinical and radiology doctor should pay attention to pneumonic diagnosis of non -specific.
