摘要
以VAE乳液-707为主要原料,利用喷雾干燥设备制备了可再分散乳胶粉。用激光粒度分析仪对可再分散乳胶粉的再分散性进行了研究,并用综合热分析仪进行了差热分析,证明喷雾干燥不会破坏VAE的分子结构。试验证明,可再分散乳胶粉对砂浆的力学性能和耐久性能都有显著的改善。
Taking VAE-707 as major raw material, re-dispersible emulsoid powder was prepared using airflow spray dryer. Study on its re-dispersibility by laser particle-size analyzer and differential thermal analysis by comprehensive thermal analyzer prove that spray drying has no destruction to VAE molecular structure. Tests show that the re-dispersible emulsoid powder can remarkably improve mechanical property and durability of mortar.
