Strategics for sustainable development in China

在剖析导致我国社会经济发展不持续性日益严重的环境问题基础上,提出了实现我国可持续发展的对策:建立与可持续发展相适应的宏观管理机制与评价体系;调整经济政策,运用经济手段和市场机制推进可持续经济发展;加强产权制度建立,通过明晰产权关系,实现资源尤其是可再生资源的持续利用;加速科技进步步伐,促进可持续发展;法制建设是实现可持续发展战略的重要保障。

Countermeasures for sustainable development in China are: Setting up macroscopic management and evaluation systems corresponding with sustainable development;promoting sustainable economic development by means of economy and market machine;setting up regulations of property right, distincting the property relationship, and realizing the sustainable utilization of resources, especially regeneration resources; accelerating the technical progress,promoting sustainable development. Legal system is the guarantee of the strategies of sustainable development.
