叶天士《温热论》营分证舌诊探微

Investigation of YE Tian-shi's Differential Treatment of Yingfen Syndrome Based on the Picture of Tongue

舌诊是望诊中的重要部分。叶天士在《温热论》中有关舌诊的论述颇多,提出营分证主要舌象为绛舌,绛舌是诊断温病病邪深浅和病情轻重的一个重要指征。从营分证的辨证、绛舌兼苔、色泽荣枯及津液润燥、形态等几方面来说明营分证中所见不同舌象及其辨治,在温病临床的指导意义。

Inspection of the tongue is an portant part of inspection. In his works Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases, YE Tian-shi put forward that the main picture of the tongue in yingfen syndrome is deep red. And deep-red tongue is an important index to decide the seriousness of epidemic ferbrile disease. The differentiation of yingfen syndrome , deep-red tongue and its fur, moistness, dryness, toughness and flabbiness of the tongue substance, and the form and shape of the tongue were discussed to explain the picture of tongue in epidemic fertile diseases and to guide the clinical therapy.
