痔疾消软膏治疗痔疮抗炎镇痛机理研究

Study on the Mechanism of Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Herbal Zhi-jixiao Ointment (痔疾消软膏) in Treatment Hemorrhoids

目的:观察痔疾消软膏治疗痔疮抗炎镇痛作用。方法:以小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察其抗炎作用;应用热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果:痔疾消软膏有明显的抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀作用(P<0.01);并能明显提高小鼠痛阈。结论:痔疾消软膏具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective： To study the mechanism of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of herbal Zhijixiao ointment in the treatment of swelling and pain with hemorrhoids. Methods. The anti-inflammatory effects of Zhi-jixiao ointment were tested by ear swelling of mice ,analgesic effects by hot plate method. Results： Zhi-jixiao ointment significantly inhibited the swelling of mice ears （P〈0.01）. It could remarkably increase the pain threshold in mice. Conclusion. Zhi-jixiao ointment is obviously effective in anti-inflammatory and analgesic respects.
