摘要以往研究表明,战略信息系统计划对企业信息化建设起着至关重要的作用。在总结以往相关研究的基础上,从战略信息系统计划本质、制定计划方法的改进以及战略信息系统计划的有效性几个方面阐述了战略信息系统计划的研究进展,并在最后对战略信息系统计划研究的相关问题进行了探讨。
