Stitch Design of Four Layer Random Changing Layer Fabric

探讨四层任意换层织物组织的设计方法。通过对四层织物结构特点的分析,认为四层任意换层织物组织以简单为宜,每个基础组织经纱的平均浮长尽可能接近,一般不设置接结点。设计时先由单层组织并为双层组织,再将两个双层组织都视作单层组织,合并为四层组织。指出:绘图前应该清楚地标明组织图里每一纵、横行所代表的纱线颜色,根据色经色纬的排列绘出组织图,从而确保所绘制的四层任意换层织物的组织图组织点及色纱排列的正确性。

Design method of four layer random changing layer fabric was discussed, through analyzing structure speciality of four layer fabric, simple stitch is considered to be better for four layer random changing layer fabric, average floating length of each basic stitch warp should be similar, and no binding point exiting. In designing, first design double layer fabric by single layer fabric and then design four layer fabric by double layer fabric, now the double layer fabric is considered as the single one. The practice shows that noting weave diagram by different colors is important, and then drawing weaving diagram according to arrangement of color warp and color weft to guarantee the arrangement of crossing point of weave diagram and color yarn.
