To spin Tencel fiber soybean protein fiber combed long-staple cotton blended knitting yarn and guarantee yarn quality, processing parameters of each process was optimized, and effective technology measures were adopted. Through pretreatment of Tencel fiber and soybean protein fiber, control of environmental moisture temperature to reduce worse static and reduce speed of each element, optimize processing parameters of each process, production and enhancement of yarn quality are guaranteed.
