摘要
设计了一套适合汽车加速度传感器性能测试的数据采集终端,利用RS-232接口将采集终端的数据和工控机连接起来,组成一套完整的汽车加速度传感器性能测试系统。利用LabVIEW强大的数据处理功能对数据进行采集和分析,得出加速度传感器的输出特性曲线,同时判断是否合格。详细介绍了LabVIEW在该系统中数据采集、分析和处理、显示特性曲线以及报表生成的应用。
This paper designed a data collect terminal that it is suitable for automobile sensor performance,and the RS- 232 interface collected the data collection terminal and industrial controlling computer, it composed a set of entire automobile acceleration sensor performance test system. By using of LabVIEW＇ s big and powerful function in data collection and data handling and analysis. It can carry out the characteristic property curve of the automobile sensor perfornmarce, at the same time,it can judge it is qualified or not. The thesis introduced that LabVIEW is hit by data acquisition analysis, and the application selling characteristic property curve and report generation at reduced prices , demonstrating in that system detailedly.
