摘要
分析了目前防止熔覆层开裂所采取的主要措施存在的问题,阐述了激光熔覆和热喷焊对于所用合金粉末性能要求之异同,指出解决激光熔覆层开裂的根本途径是研制专用合金。综述了激光熔覆专用铁基合金的研究现状,评述了现有激光熔覆专用铁基合金成分与组织设计的思想,指出了当前基于"原位自生"和"高碳共晶"设计思想的专用合金研究思路的局限性。
The problems in current technologies The similarities and differences of requirements for preventing laser cladding layer from cracks were analyzed in this paper. to alloy powders for laser cladding and thermal spray welding were also described, The research status of Fe-based alloy for laser cladding was reviewed, the design principle concerning the composition and microstructure of laser cladding layer, and the limitations of present design principle of "in-situ composition" and "high carbon eutectic" were pointed out as well.
