脑卒中合并抑郁症的心理护理被引量：4

摘要目的探讨心理护理对中风患者合并抑郁症的治疗作用。方法将86例脑卒中合并抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在药物、康复治疗的同时,配合心理护理治疗,对照组仅以药物和康复治疗,观察治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(下称HAMD)评分和Barthel评分的变化情况。结果经过4周治疗,治疗组治疗前后HAMD评分差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Brathel评分治疗组治疗前后差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,HAMD评分差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),Brathel评分亦有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论心理护理对脑卒中合并抑郁症患者的作用明显。
