摘要
设计制造了适合中小罐头厂生产需要的山楂去核机,该机以山楂果实的上下凹点为定位基准的中心定位方式,以上下工作头完成定位加工,保证了加工精度。详细介绍了各部件的结构特点和工作过程,该机工作效率比人工去核提高了8倍多,达63.4kg/h。
The hawthorn remove pit machine suiting for productive need of medium and small size factories was designed.Central positioning way was used by using hawthorns two concaves for positioning reference,and up workhead and down workhead were used to finish positioning processing.So processing accuracy was guranteed.Structural characteristic working process of every unit were introduced in detail.The productivity of this machine was more than 9 times that of manual operation.It was 63.4 kg/h.
