旋转腔内两种研究射流速度方法的比较 被引量:1

摘要 利用任宏超提出的旋转腔体中射流速度、输入角速率(ωi)和入射速度(Vj)关系的公式计算和有限元软件ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD数值模拟,比较了旋转腔体内射流速度两种研究方法的合理性。结果表明,理想化条件下,计算可定性描述角速度传感器敏感原理。而定量表征敏感原理,需考虑流体能量损失、射流室形状和流体运动状态实际因素的影响。完善敏感机理的方法是用轴向和径向上的速度函数代替公式中的Vj和Coriolis力产生的速度。 Two methods of calculating jet velocity were discussed. One was using a calculating formula brought forward by H. C. Ren, which described the relation among the jet velocity, incidence velocity and inlet angle velocity. The other was using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD to simulated numerical results. The results indicate the formula could describe sensitivity mechanism in the cavity with the idealized condition qualitatively, but not fit to quantitative analysis. The influencing factors, which are the losing kinetic and potential energy of jet, the changing figure of model and the motorial state of jet, should be considered, when the distribution of jet velocity in the cavity done a quantitative analysis. At last, optimizing way is brought forward. That is the velocity functions in normal and tangential direction should replaced Vj and the velocity component caused by Coriolis force.
