肝癌组织中PTTG与TGF-β1及受体的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析垂体肿瘤转化基因(pituitary tumor-transforming gene,PTTG)和转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1,TGF-β1)及受体(TGF-RⅡ)在肝癌组织中的表达及三者之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测原发肝细胞性肝癌(hepato cellular carcinoma,HCC)组织50例、肝硬化组织30例、正常肝组织10例中PTTG、TGF-β1和TGF-RⅡ的表达。结果:PTTG在肝硬化组织中的表达高于肝癌组织的表达,差异有统计学意义,χ2=4.30,P<0.05。TGF-β1在肝癌和肝硬化组织中的表达差异无统计学意义,χ2=1.55,P>0.05。TGF-RⅡ在正常肝组织的表达高于肝癌肝硬化的表达,χ2=27.20,P<0.01;χ2=16.68,P<0.01。结论:PTTG、TGF-β1和TGF-RⅡ异常表达与肝癌、肝硬化的发展密切相关,为肝癌、肝硬化的治疗提供了较为客观的参考指标。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship among the expressions of PTTG, TGF-β1 and TGF-R Ⅱ in hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: The expressions of PTTG, TGF-β1 and TGF-RⅡ in 50 cancer tissues, 30 cirrhosis tissues and 10 normal tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: The expression of PTTG in cirrhosis tissues was higher than that in cancer tissues, Χ^2 = 4.30, P〈0. 05. There was no statistics difference of the TGF-β1 expressions in cancer tissues and cirrhosis tissues, Χ^2 = 1.55, P〉 0. 05. The expressions of TGF-RⅡ in normal tissues was higher than that in cancer tissues and in cirrhosis tissues, Χ^2 = 27. 20, P〈0.01;Χ^2 = 16.68, P〈0.01. CONCLUSIONS: The abnormal expressions of PTTG, TGF-β1 and TGF-RⅡ are closely associated with the development of liver cancer and cirrhosis of liver. They can be used as indicators for the therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis of liver.
