摘要
综合量化评估电能的质量,是衡量电能质量优劣与电价制定的依据之一,有利于实现按质论价、优质优价的购电原则。为了综合评估电能质量,根据电能质量评估的实质,提出基于遗传算法的Shepard插值理论用于电能质量的评估,并构建了电能质量综合评估的Shepard模型(SP模型)。对于模型中的非线性优化问题,采用加速遗传算法来解决,取得了很好的效果。实例计算结果表明,SP用于电能质量综合评估,其评估结果更为客观、合理。
The synthetic quantified evaluation for power quality is one of the gist to weigh excellent or inferior of the power quality, and this is propitious to realize the electricity-purchase principle of discussing the price according to quality and high quality high price, thereby serve as to build the equitable electric power market. The problem of power quality evaluation is a desiderate problem. Also world countries have establish a series of the power quality standards, but this standards can only used to confirm the power quality is eligibility or not, can not confirm the power quality is excellent or not, therefore this standard witch only have two grades can not reflect the power quality entirely, reality and naturally. How to evaluate the power quality properly and based on this to deal with the problem of power quality reasonable and economically have been put on us imminently. This paper based on the essential of the power quality evaluation, first proposes to use the Shepard interpolation technique based on genetic algorithm for power quality evaluation, and then build the model based on the Shepard interpolation technique (SP model). This model used the random method to produce the power quality stylebook sequence based on the power quality standard. Make use of the stylebook series can confirm the power quality grade of the object through the interpolation method. The evaluation process is drove by the stylebook data, so it belongs to the non-function mode evaluation method. Using the function mode method, it should construct the relation between the evaluation indexes and the evaluation grade, the SP model presented in this paper can conquer this difficulty. Case results show that use the proposed model is objective and reasonable, with a special advantage when used in power quality evaluation, so it has value for popularizing and applying.
