The effects of Red Sweet Agent on fruit quality were determined. The result showed that Brix and colouring index increased respectively 1~2° and 15%~20%, and mature period was earlier than control by spraying 40 mg/kg Red Sweet Agent PI10 upon apple, peach and grape in 40 d and 20 d before harvest. It is a usperior organic and toxin free inductor of Brix and colouring index.
