摘要
随着近几年哮喘病发病率、死亡率的不断增高,对哮喘患者的生活质量和影响因素的关注和研究凸显其重要意义。采取何种方式应对疾病这一应激源,关系到患者生理、心理健康水平及社会适应能力,因此应对方式是影响哮喘患者生活质量的重要因素。笔者主要对应对理论、应对方式对哮喘患者生活质量的影响、以及影响应对的因素等方面作简要的阐述。
In the last few years, with the outbreak rate and death rate of asthma increasing continuously, we have realized that we should pay close attention and study the quality of life of patients with asthma and the influence factors. The ways that patients adopt to cope with disease affect the patients＇ physiological and mental health, and the ability of social adaptation, so coping styles are the important factors that affect the quality of life of patients with asthma. This text mainly introduces the coping theories, the effect of coping for quality of life of patients with asthma and the influence factors of coping.
