摘要
构建了采用虚拟仪器技术进行通风机振动测试的硬件平台,采用LabVIEW开发平台开发了集信号采集、分析、存储和测试报表生成等功能于一体的振动信号测试虚拟仪器,采用该仪器对红石岩煤矿通风机进行了振动测试,结果表明该仪器满足测试要求,并能为故障诊断提供依据,提高测试的自动化程度。
The platform of virtual instrument technology based fan vibration testing was established. The virtual instnnnent for fan vibration testing, which had the functions of signal acquisition, analysis, storage and report forms was developed. The developed virtual instrument was applied in the fan vibration testing of Hongshiyan Mine. The results indicated that the instrument satisfied the requests of test and could offer basis for failure diagnose, and this improved the automation of testing.
