铰刀是定尺寸刀具,故铰孔尺寸精度与铰刀的直径有密切关系,但是铰刀加工出的孔实际尺寸往往不等于铰刀的实际尺寸,只有在认清铰刀直径与被加工孔尺寸之间的内在关系从而选用正确的铰刀直径,才能加工出精度符合要求的孔。

As a reamer is a cutting tool of defining dimension, the precision of reaming a hole has closely to do with the diameter of reamer, But the actual dimension of the hole processed with reamer is not often equal to actual size of reamer. Only when we clearly recognize the inner relationship between the diameter of reamer and the dimension of processed hole, and then select correct diameter of reamer, can process the hole accorded with the demands in precision.
