摘要
分析了高强护帮板焊接变形产生的原因及传统控制焊接变形方法的不可行性,阐述了利用焊接顺序使工件自由变形预制反变形的原理,采用此原理有效地控制焊接变形,也满足了生产需要。
The reason of high strength holding steel welding deformation formed was analyzed, and it was unfeasible to used the traditional control manners. Reversed deformation by changing welding sequence of welding technology, which met the requirement of production.
