摘要
介绍了运用FX2N-80MR PLC对落地镗床进行数控化改造设计的原理,采用PLC技术控制全数字直流调速器实现机床的无级调速,设计外部接口电路及PLC程序编制。实践证明改造好的落地镗床大大提高了原系统的可靠性,大大提高了机床性能和加工能力,从而保证了产品的质量。
Introduces the principle of the ground borer CNC reform utilizing FX2N - 80MR PLC technique. The stepless speed regulating of machine was realized by the control full - number DC actiyator with PLC. Designs external circuit and controlling programe of PLC. The practice shows it improve the reliability of the system, the performance and processing capacity of the CNC ground borer are greatly enhanced.
