内圆磨床磨削砂轮的恒线速运行控制

摘要 在内圆磨削的过程中,线速度随着磨削砂轮半径的减小而不断减小,导致磨削的精度和光洁度降低,磨削效率低。一般基于电机稳态等效方程的闭环控制很难实现恒线速运行控制。从电机的动态数学模型出发,提出了一个基于定子磁场定向的矢量控制恒线速运行控制方案。系统采用速度开环、磁链闭环的矢量控制方案。同时通过磁链调节器使定子磁链保持恒定,具有较好的动态性能以及较强的鲁棒性。 As intemal grinder, the line velocity will decelerate along with the cut down of the grinding wheel radius, that lead to reduce of precision and smooth finish and grinding efficiency. It is difficult that achieve constand line velocity control by means of close control based on motor steady equivalent equation. A CLV control method based on the stator flux orientated vector control put forward. The system adopts vector control scheme of rate opening loop and magnetic linkage closed loop. The magnetic linkage adjuster keep magnetic linkage invariablenes. The system have the better dynamic capability and the better robust.
