摘要
水培试验表明,Se和Si共施提高水稻开发期、灌浆末期剑叶叶绿素含量、灌浆末期叶片老化指数。0.1~0.3μg/mlSe加Si使黄熟期剑叶可溶性蛋白含量增加.Se和Si共施使灌浆期剑叶可溶性糖含量降低,而收割时其含量增加,株高、穗长、每穗实粒数、千粒重、谷产量以及结实率提高.主茎幼穗长1.5~2.5cm时开始水培的植株,0.3μg/mlSe与Si共施.千粒重及每穗谷产量最高.
The addition of sodium silicate (SiO2 80μg/ml) together with selenite increased the chlorophyll content of flag leaf at flowering and later milky stage and increased the senescence index in leaves of later milky stage of rice in nutrition solution culture. At ripe-yellow stage, 0. 1 ~ 0. 3μg/ml Se and St mixed application raised the soluble protein content of flag leaf. The soluble sugar contents of flag leaf at milky stage were decreased, but increased at harvest. The plant height, panicle length, seted grain number per panicle, 1 000 grain weight and grain yield were increased by mixed application of Se and Si. When the nutrition solution culture started from the young pancice length about 1 .5~2.5 cm of main culum, 0.3μg/ml Se and St mixed application has the best effect on 1 000 grain weight and grain weight per panicle.
