血清学技术在布病诊断上的应用研究现状及评价

众多的血清学技术都可以用于布病的诊断，它们方法各异，且各具优缺点.本文重点对凝集反应、沉淀反应、补体参与的反应和标记抗体技术在布病诊断上应用的研究现状进行综述.

There are much more serodiagnostic techniques which can be used in diagnosting of Brucellosis. These methods are respectively different and have many advantages and defects. In this paper the author reviewed state of study on serodiagnostic technique of Brucellosis, which are agglutination, precipitation, reaction relating with complement and labelled antibody technique.
