摘要 用常规水蒸气蒸馏法制备了木香花挥发油,色谱、色谱-质谱联用仪分析了木香花挥发油化学成分及相对质量分数。鉴定出包含缩醛、脂肪烃、芳香烃、芳香醛、羧酸、醇、酚及萜类化合物在内的45个化合物。挥发油主要成分为:w(辛烷)=4.73%、w(苯乙醇)=5.78%、w(冰片烯)=26.34%、w(顺-马鞭草烷醇)=2.68%、w(冰片)=3.78%、w(十二烷)=41.01%、w(6-甲基十二烷)=1.00%、w(榄香素)=3.01%、w(α-杜松醇)=1.06%。 Water-distilled essential oils from the flowers of Rosa banksiae Ait. f. were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. 45 Compounds were identified, including acetal, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, aromatic aldehydes, carboxylic acids, alcohols, phenols and terpenoids. The main components are octane (4. 73% ), phenylethyl alcohol ( 5.78% ), 2-bornene ( 26.34% ), cis-verbenol ( 2. 68% ), bomeol (3.78%), dodecane ( 41.01% ), 6-methyldodecane ( 1.00% ), elemicine ( 3.01% ) and α-cadinol (1.06%).
