摘要
介绍了低压和中压变频器在使用过程中,根据实际需要前后串联变压器和滤波器的原因,基于各自的性能特点如何为系统配置及选用不同的油浸或干式变压器(双绕组或三绕组,普通变压器或裂解变压器)。并介绍了这种配置中变频器输出滤波器的选择,结合滤波器的输入/输出侧的波形对比说明其对整个系统的必要性。然后介绍了整个传动系统的配置,结合作者在选型和现场调试中的一些实践和实例谈到一些注意事项,应用特点,参数匹配以及标准配置基础上的某些变化,并指出这种方案已有较广泛的成功应用。
Introduced the reason of connecting step-down, step-up transformer and filter in low and medium voltage converter system. Briefly described how to configure and select oil and dry transformer (two winding or three winding, normal or double-tier transformer) in system based on their characteristics. Moreover the explanation about how to select output filter and its necessity for the whole system, that relied on the waveform comparison of input and output. Afterwards configuration scheme, application notes, parameterization and some change based on standard structure were described, which are abstracted from the writer's experience of engineering and commissioning. Finally this scheme has been widely and successfully used in industry.
