摘要
传统金属针布冲齿机械结构复杂,改变生产工艺需调整机械参数,灵活性和适应性差.介绍了一种采用可编程控制器(PLC)作主控制器,伺服传动系统作执行驱动机构的新型两轴数控冲齿机.论述了系统的工作原理,硬件实现及软件编程方法.新系统的冲齿-牵料机构彻底改变了传统冲齿机的机械耦合连接方式,采用计算机数字控制和高精度伺服传动系统,实现了机械解耦和数字化柔性连接,通过软件编程和人-机界面参数设置,保证了两轴同步驱动和工艺参数的柔性化调整.新系统具有1.9μm的控制精度,高达25m/min的加工速度,可适应1.0~5.0 mm齿距全系列金属针布的加工要求.
The structure of conventional punching machine for metallic carding clothe(MCC) is comparatively complicated, so the relevant mechanical parameters and parts have to be regulated and/or changed when the producing process or different species of products need to be exchanged. Therefore, the flexibility and adaptability of the punching machine are limited. A novel two-axes CNC punching machine, was introduced in which a PLC is used as the main controller and two-axes servo driving system as the actuator. The operating principle of the control system, the hardware construction and the basic software block diagram were illustrated. Compared with the conventional one, the novel punching disc-drawing rollers is thoroughly decoupled each other. CNC and high precise servo driving system were adopted to accomplish mechanical decoupling and numerical flexible connection, to utilize the software programmed and parameters set by means of humanomputer interface and to make the two-axes be driven in synchronization and the technological parameters be flexibly regulated. The practical operating results of the proposed punching machine have shown many advantages, such as the 1.9 μm of high control precision, the Max. 25 m/min of production speed, suiting to punch 1.0- 5.0 mm of all kinds of tooth pitch and so on.
