中国西南地区与东盟国家产业结构相似性分析——以制造业为例

On the Similarities in Industrial Mechanism between Southwest of China and Nations of ASEAN-Taking Manufacture as Instance

一、问题的提出 2002年11月,中国和东盟国家正式签署了《中国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》,标志着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立正式启动.伴随中国与东盟间的产业间及产业内贸易迅速增长,国内学者的研究也不断深入.就中国与东盟双边贸易和产业特征进行研究的代表主要有：史智宇（2003）对中国与东盟出口相似度（产品结构和市场结构）进行了研究,认为中国与东盟出口结构趋同态势越来越显著,意味着在出口上越来越强劲的竞争具有长期性.提出中国需要更多地加强与域外东亚国家以及美国、欧盟等发达国家或地区的经贸合作,增强我国传统产业的国际竞争力,并制定产业高级化和国际化战略.

The trade and cooperation among countries depend on conditions of domestic industrial set-ups, therefore the paper will analyze on the comparability of industrial set-ups between southwest of China and ASEAN. The conclusion is that the manufacturing is mutual complement among them, but form the long terms; comparability is strengthened in many industries. So inter-industry trade is hard to meet the needs of long-term development, in tra-industry trade should be promoted in order to exploit the new development room.
