摘要
2000年,在新加坡举行的中国-东盟领导人会议上,时任中国国务院总理朱镕基首次提出建立中国-东盟自由贸易区.2001年,在文莱举行的第五次中国-东盟领导人会议宣布,决定在10年内建成中国-东盟自由贸易区.2002年,中国与东盟正式签署了《中国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》,标志着CAFTA正式启动.
China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is the one that holds the most population in the world, and will be the third biggest economic unity in the world, next only to UN and NAFTA. Guangxi is a bridge tower for CAFTA. The establishment of CAFTA offer Guangxi＇s logistics a rare historic developing opportunity. In the paper, SWOT Model will be used to study Guangxi＇s logistics under the framework of CAFTA, and some strategies will also be proposod.
