摘要 简述了吡嗪酮的室内生物活性和田间药效试验结果,初步探讨了吡嗪酮的用药策略和使用技术。室内生测表明,吡嗪酮的作用方式为触杀、摄食、内吸、渗透等。田间试验表明,吡嗪酮具有持效期长、对成虫和若虫均有效等特点,用75~150g/hm2可有效防治稻飞虱,用30~90g/hm2可有效防治蔬菜蚜虫、小麦蚜虫等。在用药策略和使用技术方面,吡嗪酮可用于飞虱及蚜虫等害虫的综合治理,特别适用于防治对吡虫啉等产生抗药性的稻飞虱;当稻飞虱大发生时,应与毒死蜱等速效性优的药剂混合使用或加大用药剂量;在稻田使用时需要保持浅水层,以保证药效的发挥。 Pymetrozine biological activities and field trial were briefly reviewed. Application guide and technique were discussed. Bioassay indicated that pymetrozine is systemic insecticide with contact, ingestion action and pervasion activity. Field trial indicated that pymetrozine has long residual activity and sensitivity to both juvenile and adult stages. Application rate varied from 30-90 g/ha used in vegetable and wheat, 75-150 g/ha in rice to control aphid, whitefly and planthopper. Pymetrozine is excellent insecticide for IPM, especially it has high effect against planthopper which has high resistance to imidacloprid. It is necessary that pymetrozine should be mixed with quick efficacy insecticide, for example, chlorpyrifos or enhanced dosage when planthopper broke out. It is also requirement that shallow water-layer should keep on paddy field when spraying.
