摘要
建立了以固相萃取技术富集,气相色谱法进行分离和检测五氯硝基苯及其代谢物的方法。人参中的五氯硝基苯及其代谢物用大连化物所C18小柱进行固相萃取。采用HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD检测五氯硝基苯及其代谢物的残留量,方法的线性范围为1.75×10-7~2.01×10-4μg;最小检测量为1×10-12~2.5×10-12g;平均回收率为90.7%~97.8%;RSD为0.7%~2.4%。本法操作简便、灵敏、回收率高。
A gas chromatographic (GC) method for the trace analysis of Pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNB) and its metabolism in Ginseng was described. The sample was subjected to solid-phase extraction (SPE) using C18 cartridge. The capillary column was HP-5, The average recoveries were within 90.7-97.8% and RSD was 0.7-2.4%. The method was simple and sensitive.
