反相高效液相色谱法测定冬枣中噻菌铜的农药残留 被引量:6

摘要 采用硫化钠水解,Amberlite XAD-7树脂吸附,DMF洗脱,建立冬枣中噻菌铜残留的反相高效液相色谱(HPLC-UV)测定方法。流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸水溶液(体积比12∶88),试验结果表明,该方法具有很好的线性关系与精密度。 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC)was established for determination of thiodiazole copper residues in winter date. Samplers were hydrolyzed by Na2S. Amberlite XAD-7 resin absorption, eluted with DMF. The system use acetonitrile + 0. 1% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase (12:88, by vol). There was a good linear relationship between the content of component and its peak area. The method can be used for determination of thiodiazole copper residues in winter date.
