某妇育保健院某年度住院病人情况分析

Analysis of Hospitalization Choronology of a Maternity and Child Health Hospital from 1998 to 2005

目的了解某妇育保健医院出院病人的年龄、性别、病种构成、费用等分布情况。方法采用回顾性调查研究的统计学研究方法,对某妇育保健院出院病人基本情况数据库整理并进行分析,运用X2-test分析两性别在不同年龄段其人数构成和不同的疾病类型两性别间构成是否有统计学意义。结果出院病人两性别在不同的年龄段均有显著性差异;妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病;呼吸系统疾病和起源于围生期的某些情况此三类疾病位于疾病顺位的前三位,此三类疾病共占总出院病例数的72.54%;不同性别有些疾病构成存在显著性差异;费用分布不同费用段其人数构成和总费用构成不同。结论年龄段出院病人构成和疾病类型构成两性别间有差异,提示医院应针对不同在医疗资源配置上作一些调整。

Objective To describe the current features of inpatient about the distributions of age, sex, disease type and medical expense of all inpatients in a year. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for the data of all inpatients in a year, and X^2 -test was applied to analyse the difference of the proportion rate of different disease type in different and the difference of the proportion rate of diffenent sex in the different age groups. Result The significant difference exists in the proportion rate of different disease type in different sex in all inpatient. The significant difference also exists in the proportion rate of different sex in different age groups. Conclusion There is a significant difference in disease type and age group in different sex in all inpatient in a year. That may reflect the differences of medical service. These call for the leaders to reform the function of hospital.
