某大学学生适应不良现状分析

Analysis On the Present Conditions of Maladjustment in University Students

目的对大学生心理健康状况进行研究。方法以整群随机抽样的方法,采用《适应不良自评量表》,对某大学在校大学生940例进行问卷调查。结果适应不良发生率为11.81%,适应不良4因子中,C因子(即人际关系不良因子)发生率最高,占8.62%;其次是D因子(即社交不良因子),占4.68%;第三是B因子(即情绪障碍因子),占4.26%。女性适应不良4因子总分高于男性,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大学生存在不同程度适应不良的心理问题。

Objective To investigate the condition of mental health in university students and to analyze its influential factors. Methods By cluster random sampling, use Maladjustment Self- evaluation Scale on 940 students. Results The rate of maladjustment was 11.81%. In four factors of maladjustment, the rate of factor C （ namely the factor of interpersonal relationships no good） was in the first, accounted for 8.62% ; the rate of factor D （ namely the factor of social activity no good） was in the second, accounted for 4.68% ; the tale of factor B （namely the obstacle factor of mood） was in the third, accounted for 4.26%. The scores of four factors of maladjustment for females were higher than those for males, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. University students have psychological problem of maladjustment in various degrees.
